Order Your Test
If you have been directed to us via your clinician, select your test online from our range of specialist services and order directly online. We will deliver your test directly to you. There may be an additional information questionnaire that arrives via email to complete before your test arrives. If you have not been directed to us via a clinician you will need to purchase a counselling session to discuss your needs with us first.
Complete Test at Home
The Preventis tests are designed to be painless and easy to use so you are able to complete these by yourself at home. Once the test is complete secure it within the supplied packaging and attach your pre-paid returns label & take it to your nearest Priority Postal Service.
Receive Results
Once our lab receives your sample, we will then complete your test and send your results and clinical letter via email if you have no results of concern. If you have any results that require further discussion, we provide, within the initial cost, a follow-on post-test consultation. Your results will come with clear recommendations and suggestions for you. If you have any concerns, you're welcome to speak to our further treatment specialists.

All Preventis tests are analysed by accredited laboratories and reviewed by experienced UK medical professionals, ensuring reliable, clinically accurate results you can trust.
Once your sample is received by the lab, results are delivered securely online in a clear, easy-to-understand format.
Results should be returned between 3 and 12 weeks (service dependant) from receipt of sample, this can take longer if rare genes that require secondary testing are required.
