Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for the initial testing kit used to perform the service, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Once you have completed the pre-test counselling step and then cancel, you can receive a 75% refund. Once the test sample has arrived at the lab and you have completed the counselling step, and then cancel, you can receive a 50% refund. Once the report has been made available to you, no refund will be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
