Clair Engelbrecht

Is a board registered genetic counsellor with more than 7 years’ experience in the field of clinical genetics and genetic counselling.Clair obtained her qualifications in South Africa where she worked in both the public academic hospital setting as well as the private healthcare sector.She has worked in the UK NHS and private healthcare system for over 5 years. She currently focuses was on cancer genetics and reproductive genetic counselling with expertise in hematology oncology and rare diseases. 

Professor Kefah Mokbel

An internationally renowned breast cancer surgeon and researcher who specialises in the multidisciplinary care of patients with breast cancer. His areas of expertise include breast cancer detection, oncoplastic breast surgery, breast screening, DCIS, LCIS, inflammatory breast cancer, fibroadenoma, phyllodes tumors, breast cancer genetics & genomics, breast pain, breast cysts and lumps and breast implants.

Dr Christina Choy

An experienced oncoplastic breast surgeon based in London. She treats all with respect, honesty and with compassion and professionalism. She has a specialist expertise in one-stop rapid assessment for various breast symptoms and lumps, family history risk assessment and genetic testing, breast screening and counselling, state of the arts management for both benign breast disease and breast cancer.

Miss Tena Walters MBBS, FRCS, MS

Qualified from Saint Bartholomews Hospital and was subsequently appointed as Lecturer in Anatomy and then Lecturer in Surgery. Her thesis on the role of platelet deposition on smooth muscle cell proliferation contributed to reduction of the rates of restenosis following angioplasty. As a consultant surgeon she served on the Medical advisory committee of the Medical Chambers of 108 Harley St and Chaired the Theatre users group of the Harley Street clinic for many years. She was invited to become a Woman of Influence for CRUK. She has now retired from clinical practice but maintains a passionate interest in providing genetic testing to as many women as possible with breast cancer and pre-implantation genetic testing for women of childbearing age to prevent the genes from being passed on to future generations.

Dr. Sara Al-Reefy
