'Effective medicine begins long before diagnosis and that prevention is not an alternative to medicine; it is its most advanced form. The majority of chronic disease develops silently over decades and preventive medicine intervenes during that window. Health optimisation is fundamentally about identifying risk earlier and intervening more intelligently. This is why I adopt an integrative functional approach where testing is key for personalisation'
